AHA CPR Class Guidelines, Skills Lab & Certification Program Structure: Our American Heart Association (AHA) CPR training provides instructor-led lessons, hands-on practice, and practical skills evaluation. Classroom Training: Covers CPR fundamentals, recognizing cardiac emergencies, choking response, and proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Skills Laboratory: Students practice adult, child, and infant CPR, chest compressions, rescue breaths, AED operation, and choking relief techniques. Practical Training: Provides hands-on experience using CPR manikins, AED trainers, and simulated emergency scenarios. Certification: Students who successfully complete the required training and assessments receive an AHA course completion eCard, generally valid for two years.
