Students must follow the dress code established for their program. For clinical training, students must wear the required uniform, appropriate footwear, identification badge, and any other required protective or professional equipment. Students are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance.

7

Classroom and Clinical Safety

Students must follow all infection-control, safety, emergency, and resident-care procedures. Students may not perform a skill or procedure for which they have not received proper instruction and supervision. Unsafe conduct may result in removal from the classroom, laboratory, or clinical setting.

10

Payments and Fees

Tuition and fees are based on the payment option selected at enrollment. Students using a payment plan must pay the remaining balance before completion of the clinical portion of the program or before the program ends, whichever occurs first. A returned payment may result in a $50 returned-check fee. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in removal from clinical training, dismissal from the program, collection activity, or other appropriate action.

11

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Students who wish to withdraw must notify This Rock Academy in writing. Students who withdraw at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of class may receive a refund of tuition paid, less applicable nonrefundable processing or administrative fees. After the 72-hour cancellation period, tuition and fees are nonrefundable. Students who begin the program and subsequently withdraw, stop attending, or are dismissed remain responsible for any outstanding tuition and fees. Any refund that is approved will be issued to the original payer in accordance with the school's payment-processing procedures.
